2. Services Description

Elite Architectural Bureau provides premium architectural design and consultation services for residential projects in Ghana, with a focus on the Sekondi-Takoradi region. Our services include but are not limited to conceptual design, detailed design, construction documentation, project management, and post-completion support.

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project will be outlined in individual client agreements, which will supplement these Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights in the architectural designs, drawings, renderings, and other materials created by Elite Architectural Bureau remain the property of Elite Architectural Bureau until full payment is received as specified in your client agreement.

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific project for which they were created. Designs and documentation may not be used for other projects or sold to third parties without our express written permission.

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Elite Architectural Bureau and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Elite Architectural Bureau or any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without express permission
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, methods, and terms will be outlined in individual client agreements. Generally, our services require a non-refundable deposit to commence work, with subsequent payments linked to project milestones.

Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in work stoppage until payment is received. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be charged where applicable.

Price estimates provided on our website or in preliminary consultations are for informational purposes only and are not binding. Formal quotations will be provided in writing.

6. Project Timeline and Delays

While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon timelines, architectural projects may experience delays due to factors including regulatory approvals, client feedback cycles, contractor availability, and unforeseen site conditions.

Elite Architectural Bureau is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will communicate promptly with clients and work to minimize impact on the overall project.

7. Modification of Services

Changes to the agreed scope of work requested by clients after the commencement of services may incur additional fees and extend project timelines. All modifications must be agreed upon in writing.

Elite Architectural Bureau reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice to clients.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services as outlined in the client agreement. In case of termination:

• Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination
• Elite Architectural Bureau shall deliver all completed work to the client upon receipt of full payment
• Any non-refundable deposits will not be returned
• Intellectual property rights will remain with Elite Architectural Bureau unless otherwise specified in the termination agreement

9. Limitation of Liability

Elite Architectural Bureau's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

While we strive for accuracy in our designs and documentation, it is the responsibility of construction contractors to verify all measurements and details before construction. We are not liable for construction defects or contractor errors.

Our website and digital content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite Architectural Bureau, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Accra, Ghana.

13. Changes to Terms

Elite Architectural Bureau reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
